Student Kits Order Form
Dear Wonderful Facilitator:
Congratulations on scheduling a 5 GIFTS Prosperity Course!
Your cost for the 5 GIFTS materials is $49.00 per student set, which includes the
5 GIFTS Book, Workbook and Meditation CD. To cover increased shipping costs, you may want to charge your students $55-60 for the Course materials.
Note:
In order to assure that you receive your Student Kits on time, we
require you to place your materials order 3 weeks prior to your first
class to allow for shipping at regular rates. We suggest you include
one or two kits for latecomers. You can return up to 20% of any kits
you do not use.
Know that our
prayers are with you as you attract the perfect students to your
classes, and as you facilitate the transformational 5 GIFTS Prosperity
Course.
